Linux Router Project
The Linux router Project will allow you to take an old computer (486 or better) 16MB RAM, floppy drive, and at least 1 NIC and make a great router. It can be used with either dial-up or non-dial-up (cable, ADSL)connections to the internet. While the above site is the official site there is a better (more informative) one at this site. We are very familiar with this project so feel free to drop a note to the mailing list if you have questions.
