[nflug] Ubuntu Hardy Heron 8.04 A5

Good afternoon all!

I am wanting to install Ubuntu Hardy Heron A5 on my laptop (a Dell Vostro 1500) and was wondering when Hardy Heron became a stable release if I would be able to update it with an 'apt-get update' followed by an 'apt-get dist-upgrade' (realizing, of course, I would have to change my sources.list file to reflect the appropriate release, etc).
