Squirrelmail and Courier

Running squirrelmail 1.41 (from rpm) on Redhat 2.1ES against a courier 
imap server. All my folders have a INBOX. prefix infront of them, makes 
sense because everything is under INBOX. however when I select to show 
the folders indented without the prefix in Folder Options  it doesn't 
change they still have the INBOX prefix. I set my config.php to courier 
as the imap server.

Any ideas?
