Well, if you weren't trying to play a M$ proprietary audio format file, you'd
probably have more luck... :-)
Actually, I have done a bit of looking around on freshmeat.net and haven't
found anything that supports 'asx' format files.
Everything supports OGG, MP3, WAV, AU, a host of others...  But not asx...
