POSITION
SUMMARY </font></font>

The
web developer plays the front-end developer role in our organization.
This role will work closely with the ad sales group to service pre
and post sales ad and sponsorship opportunities. In this role you
must be able to work within tight time frames and with a diverse group
of teams. The candidate should be capable of using Photoshop files,
composing HTML/CSS, JavaScript, </font></font><strong><font
face="arial, verdana, helvetica, sans serif"><font size="2"><span
style="background: transparent none repeat scroll 0% 50%; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial;">PHP</span></font></font></strong><font

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES <br>
<br>
* Work
under direction of the Senior Management to develop, manage, create
and maintain the technical components and templates of product sites
and pages. <br>
<br>
*Synchronization of the Dev/QA/live site
environments, serving of <br>
multiple Flash elements, Rich Media ,
etc. <br>
<br>
* Support production, QA, Business Systems, Ad Sales and
Sales Programs for Advertising-related production issues.
<br>
<br>
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION <br>
<br>
College degree required
or equivalent work experience. Minimum 2 years experience developing
and coding interactive content, experience troubleshooting code
required. <br>
<br>
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED<br>
<br>
Knowledge and
professional experience with the Internet and the World Wide Web.
<br>
Experience in HTML coding skills (**without using a WYSIWYG
editor**) <br>
Experience in CSS, XHMTL and DHTML required.
<br>
Expert-level knowledge of </font></font><strong><font
face="arial, verdana, helvetica, sans serif"><font size="2"><span

with strong OOP experience. <br>
Expert-level knowledge of MySQL db
operator. <br>
Experience with UNIX/Linux command line interface.

Experience working with Apache configuration.<br>

working with Flash and other interactive technologies. <br>
Experience
with enterprise level Web content management software is mandatory.
<br>
Strong JavaScript coding skills. <br>

Excellent organizational
and written skills, ability to excel in a team environment.

Experience performing programmatic troubleshooting or code
manipulation. <br>
Experience with SEO optimization efforts. <br>
UI
