I'm at OS X 10.4 (Tiger) and I've not seen that effect and would not
know how it get it, _if_ it is part of the OS. And I haven't seen it
described anyplace. There may be a 3-rd party application that does
that sort of thing. Since OS X has OpenGL tighly integrated into it,
that effect should not be too difficult to achieve. I'm not saying I
could write such an application w/o breaking a sweat since I haven't
written OpenGL applications in some time, but it would be an
interesting project to tackle. FYI, OpenGL is also available for Linux,
various version of UNIX and Windows. As much as I like Linux for
writing applications and general tinkering, I just don't think Linux or
_any_ other OS out there can touch Apple's OS X...this is the wrong
place to say that ;-).<br>
