Ron,<BR> I don't think there was any intent to take a shot at
anyone, anger, or upset anyone. If it upset you then I'm sure the author
is sorry. I believe it's just a classic case of miscommunication. There
are many aspects of communication such as voice inflection, tone,
gestures, that can't be reproduced in written language. One sentance could
have several diffrent meanings depending on how it is said. 2 people can
read the same thing and one think nothing of it and the other get totally
enraged. The author probably thought nothing of it as he was writting it,
while you read the same thing and got offended.Thats the problem with
email. <BR> I can only assume from dealing with the people in
this organization and having nothing but positive experiences that there
was no intent to offend anyone. One reason he may have stated the no
offense line, is to make sure such a misreading didn't occur. I hope we
can leave it at that and get back to buisiness as
