Importing Favorites (Bookmarks) into a browser

Is there an easy way to import Favorites from IE 5.5 (Windoze) into a 
Linux browser (Mozilla, Konqueror, or Galeon, I don't care which yet)?  
IE 5.5 keeps them in a directory tree c:/windows/favorites/... in 
separate funky files with a .url extention (they're not html).  They 
look like:

BASEURL=http://www.dilbert.com/comics/dilbert/archive/
 
[InternetShortcut]
URL=http://www.dilbert.com/comics/dilbert/archive/
Modified=E0D0F47D4CDFC2010F

and I have a whole lot of them.
